Historial Hotel

The staff (front desk guy and room attendance girl), the privacy and calmness. I have 4 months baby and it's not easy to stay with her in hotel because of baby's unexpected timing for talk (crying 😂), the staff offered me last floor room at corner side, it's not the best room to have, but in my case it was exactly what I need. Anyway, the overall stay was satisfying. Big thanks to front desk staff and room attendance girl, they were always smiling and playing with my baby.

The receptionist was very cooperative. Good as per their price.

Historial hotel staff were incredible. On the first day we got our room and it wasn't the best it had dust, broken beds, and it wasn't hygienic so when we went down to tell them to change our room they changed it immediately so their costumer service was quick and efficient they gave us the best room they had to offer. We booked 1 room but they gave us 2 which were joint almost like a flat and that room was clean and it looked new which we were happy about and they gave us a balcony which you have to pay extra for but they didnt make us pay. The breakfast was alright the same thing every day nothing too much. The area of this hotel is brilliant. It is a 10min walk from the main areas but you do have to climb a hill so I wouldn't recommend for elderly people but turkey is very hilly anyways. Overall I did like this hotel.

Overall location wise it is great.I have to admit that they should do proper management of the property and also should focus more on cleanliness
